Steering Group

Steering Group

A Steering Group was set up to organise, supervise, and develop the activities of the Support Group. The Steering Group is made up of volunteers (all bowel cancer patients and/or carers), all of whom put in their time to ensure the Support Group achieves it's aims.

Purpose

The role of the Sheffield Bowel Cancer Steering Group is to direct the activities of the Support Group and to provide a forum for discussion and review of the bowel cancer services in Sheffield. The Steering Group focuses on providing non−medical support to bowel cancer patients and their carers.

Where We Meet

Our meeting room is situated in the Central United Reformed Church, Norfolk Street, Sheffield. We meet here prior to members meetings
